Shipping

*We do not include an invoice or packing slip in package; in order to cut down on waste. If you need one with your order, please message us, we are happy to provide.

1. Items are usually shipped out in 3-5 business days but can take as long as 10 business days. If you order during a New Launch weekend or the Holidays, it takes appx. 5-7 business days. If you need an item within a specific time frame, please message us before placing the order. During the Holiday Season shipping can take longer due to an increase in volume of orders. US Domestic orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. All US orders include tracking. A link will be sent to follow the tracking of your order. Once an item is shipped, we have no control of the length of time it takes to arrive. Insurance is only included ($50) with USPS or UPS. If you’d like added insurance, please contact us,

2. International Orders are shipped either by US Postal Service, UPS or DHL. US Postal Service First Class International does not provide tracking to all locations or insurance. If you would like your package to have tracking and insurance, please chose another option. We are not responsible for lost or damaged without insurance and tracking. We do not cover taxes and duties, please be aware you may be charged those by your country. If you are located in China, Italy, Brazil or Russia, you orders will ONLY ship UPS or DHL.

3. If you place more than one order in the same time frame, we cannot combine orders. Per our websites' buyer protection policy, all orders must have an individual tracking number. 

4. After an order is placed, a code or discount cannot be applied, added or refunded.

5. If you use ShopPay Installments or Paypal, it typically takes appx. 3-5 business days for it to clear and process on our site, once it clears, your order will then be processed.

 

Returns/Exchanges

1. We truly hope you enjoy each item(s). Our goal is to provide the highest quality product with an excellent value to customers. Should you need to return or exchange an item, we are happy to help. Please inspect your item as soon as it’s delivered. If there is a flaw, we need to know about it within 7 days from date it shows deliveries. Even if it’s a gift, please check. We cannot accept returns/exchanges due to a flaw, if we are not notified within 7 days. (No Exceptions) We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date delivered. Item cannot have been worn or washed. Items that came with tags, those must be still attached and in the original packaging (zipper or poly bag). Items must also be free of any marks from trying on such as deodorant, make up and free of any scents like smoke, perfume, dryer sheets, etc. if item does not follow proper return policy, it will be returned back to you at buyers expense. If item is sent back after the 30 day mark, a 25% re-stocking fee will be subtracted from refund. Or item can be returned back to you at buyers expense for shipping. If item item is defective, we need to know within 30 days from the date it shows delivered. To be fair to all buyers and our company, there are No exceptions to our return, exchange policy. 

2. Refunds will be issued back to your original form of payment within 7-10 business days. Shipping charges are not refundable. 

3. Exchanges follow the same rules as returns. Buyers are responsible for shipping both ways.

4. Buyer is responsible for shipping item back as their cost. We strongly encourage a form with tracking, as we are not responsible for missing packages if they do not arrive or we have no way to track to see where they are.

5. If you ordered an item off Facebook/Instagram it is Final Sale and does not qualify for a Return or Exchange.

6. Please note, you can only return back via USPS as this is a PO Box. You must include the PO Box or we don’t receive the item. If it is sent and alternative method or PO Box is omitted, we cannot be held responsible if we do not receive it.
